Day 12 in Iceland

We're still in Iceland! Working in the hostel is fine..it's not hard, and we get a lot of food.

This morning we started early with cleaning the rooms, tidying up, and feeding the chickens.

After cleaning, we went for a walk up the hillside. We found a graveyard, and Dan climbed up a big hill. I was content just sitting in the meadow, watching the wind move all of the grass around.

We went to the pool and sat in the hot tub for a while, and then picked up a few Icelandic beers at the Vinbudin ( which is only open for about an hour a day )

I guess that was the last picture we took today. We've had the house to ourselves since the other workers went to Reykjavik for a music festival. We didn't feel like being in the car anymore, so we stayed here and made curry..watched Mad Men..went to the store and got some chocolate..
